These Go To Eleven

Manhattan-West Village

When you’re ready to dial it to ‘eleven’ and have a full night out, head to the Village for an amazing dinner at an old school New York tavern, a little jazz and a prohibition style cocktail bar open until 4AM. This night out always delivers, just make sure you have the energy to keep up with it.

There are a ton of great jazz clubs around the city but Fat Cat is a personal favorite. It’s a super laid back place with a number of performances throughout the evening, pool tables, and decor that loosely resembles your high school friends basement. Grab a drink and a seat on the couch and sit back and take it in.

After heading out of Fat Cat you’re just a 5 minute walk west along Christopher street to get to Employees Only. A simple green awning opens up to a wooded bar that’s warmly lite with a combination of accent lighting and votives. It’s usually pretty crowded but if you can snag a few seats in the pack it’s the perfect balance of a quiet space you can catchup with friends admit the buzzing bar.
