Sushi of Gari 46

While there’s no shortage of restaurants in Midtown they often come in two very predictable forms. There are a ton of great steak houses and fancy restaurants full of corporate dinner parties and also a ton of very touristy spots with huge cavernous locations. Neither feel like that capture the best of the New York dining scene. I prefer Sushi of Gari when looking for a pre theater dinner. This is the midtown out post of a New York / Japan chain by Masatoshi “Gari” Sugio. So many creative dishes that blend a world of flavors and excellent sushi and located on 46th street it’s very accessible to almost any theater.
